ACCESS PHYSICAL THERAPY Access Physical Therapy and Rehab provides personalized and comprehensive treatment for a variety of diagnoses and health needs. Physical, Occupational, Speech, and Massage Therapy is available on an outpatient basis as well as in-home rehabilitation. Your treatment program is tailored to your needs/disability by experienced therapists who have ongoing communication with your primary care physician. Access also partners with Golden Age Home Healthcare to provide homecare for those who are homebound with orders from physician. Services available include but not limited to Cardiopulmonary care, Infusion Therapy, Diabetic care, Post-Operative care and Wound/skin/Colostomy care under Skilled Nursing; Physical Therapy to regain independent mobility and ambulation, restore muscle strength and joint movement, and pain relief; Home Health Aide who assists in bathing, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and comfort measures; Occupational Therapy to restore self-care skills, equipment training, and energy conservation; Speech/Language Therapy for communication/swallowing disorders; and Medical Social Worker for counseling, communication resources, and short/long term planning.
